Email valmusalabs@proton.me with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send a returns authorisation within 1–2 business days.
Repack the product securely in its original packaging where possible. Use the carrier of your choice and obtain proof of postage. Ship to the address provided in your returns authorisation email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in the same condition you received them, with seals intact and packaging undamaged.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, even partially. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to guide you.
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing items, this is not a standard return — please contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you, regardless of whether the product has been opened.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account once we've confirmed receipt of the return — processing times vary by bank and payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the replacement as quickly as possible without waiting for the return process to complete.
We're unable to process returns or refunds for orders beyond 30 days from the delivery date. If you have a concern about a product outside this window, contact us and we'll do our best to help find a resolution.
