For orders outside the EU, prices shown are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Full details of our delivery services, pricing, and processing times can be found on our Shipping page. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
Our returns policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with the full policy available on our Returns page. Your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law are not affected by our returns policy.
