Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CET, or over the weekend and on public holidays, are dispatched the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
During peak periods (new launches, holidays) processing may take up to 2 business days. We will communicate any delays by email and on our Instagram.
Standard shipping is complimentary on all EU orders totalling €100 or more after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is automatically calculated at checkout — no code required.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Express delivery charges apply regardless of order value.
We ship to the United Kingdom and to a growing list of countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authority upon receipt. These charges are not included in the order total and Valmusa Labs has no control over them.

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, first check your tracking link. If it shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your building concierge or neighbours, and allow one further business day before contacting us — carrier delivery scans occasionally arrive early.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
